As you read in our Review in "HOME" page , the number of people participating in Chen Tai Chi in the Greenville area is growing exponentially. We are thrilled to be able to share this effective and enjoyable health cultivation practice with so many. The next five-week class of "Tai Chi for Health" in 2024 will start on October 17 and will end on Nov. 21, 2024, no class on Oct. 31. Currently, we start class registration.
Given our growth rate, if you are one who would like to learn and experience the benefits of Tai Chi with us at Greenville Chen Tai Chi, early class sign-up is critical. We do not wish to turn anyone away; however, more recently, we’ve had to do just that because our classroom space is filling up so quickly.
The next 5-week of Tai Chi classes will start OCt. 17 - Nov. 21 of 2024, five thursdays and No Class on Oct. 31. If you plan to participate, rplease register as early as possible. We want to include everyone, but we must have an early and accurate head-count to do this. See below class flyer for more info.

The health benefits are numerous when you commit to practicing a little each day. Please do the best that you can and practice what you can remember. Everything takes time. When we relax all of the joints we are undoing the tension that has built up for years.
Tai Chi is also known to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and balance. Also, according to a Harvard health newsletter, Tai Chi can help people with medical conditions, such as low bone density, Arthritis, Breast Cancer, Hypertension, even Parkinson disease, and …., and improve overall health and immune system.
